The Citizens’ Panel on Good Life is organized by a civil society coalition: the DD Democracy Centre, which develops citizens’ assemblies; the think tank Praxis, which generates new knowledge; the Estonian Cooperation Assembly, which manages the public initiative platform; and the Network of Estonian Nonprofit Organizations, which amplifies the voice of public-interest organizations. These same organizations have also been involved in organizing previous citizens’ assemblies.
